Sometimes a quick 15 minute engagement can lead to a referral to the right resource. Other times, families need ongoing support to navigate challenges at school or with accessing housing and mental health services. We provide both short-term and longer term case management services to help you navigate challenges in your life.

For example, some families are paired with our family advocates to prepare for a court date or complete a housing application process. Others work with us over the course of 3-18 months to identify barriers and strengths, create goals – all to help their family thrive.
